PEORIA — Darrell Brown is well aware his shooting percentage so far this season is the lowest of his Bradley basketball career.
At least outwardly, he’s not concerned about firing at a 27 percent clip from the field and about a scoring average that has dipped to 11.8 (his career mark is 13.7) after going 0-for-11 from the field at Miami (Ohio) last week.
Brown is healthy and nothing appears wrong with his shot mechanically as the Braves head into their final nonconference game Saturday afternoon against Toledo at Carver Arena.
“Honestly, I don’t pay attention to percentages,” he said.
