LOUIS – After defeating Illinois State's No. 1 doubles team of Tara Damnjanovic/Tijana Zlatanovic, the only duo to win Missouri Valley Conference Doubles Team of the Week more than once this season, Bradley's new No. 1 doubles pairing of Victoria Sánchez-Bronzetti/Sandra Maletin were named Missouri Valley Conference Doubles Team of the Week, according to an announcement from the league office Wednesday afternoon.
The win at No. 1 doubles was key in Bradley's effort to take the doubles point, marking the second time in the last two matchups the Braves have taken the doubles point against Illinois State.
