CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – All-American tailback James Robinson proved why he is one of the best in the country, as he ran for a school-record 297 yards and a touchdown as the No. 13 ranked Redbirds (9-4, 5-3 MVFC) ran away with a 24-6 win over No. 12 Southeast Missouri (9-4, 7-1 MVFC) at Houck Field Saturday in the first round of the 2019 FCS playoffs.
How It Happened:
• Robinson did it all by himself on the first drive of the game, as he carried the ball 6 times for 73 yards and scored the game's first touchdown on an 11-yard run with 11:24 left in the first quarter.
