Reynolds: Scoring is up, but not at Bradley

    Rule changes in college basketball have so far had the desired effect of increased scoring.
    Through Sunday’s games, Division I teams are averaging 73.5 points per game, up 5.4 points through the same mid-January period of last season.
    Field goals made are up by nearly two per game per team to 25.8 and free throws have increased by 0.5 per game to 14.9.
