PEORIA -- Bradley used a strong second half to capture its second win in a row for the first time this season 77-68 over Missouri State on Wednesday night in its home finale at Carver Arena.
Playing without point guard Darrell Brown, who sprained his ankle during an afternoon team shootaround, the Braves fell behind 42-33 with 15:40 left. But a 14-2 BU spurt, launched by a long 3-pointer by Nate Kennell, gave Bradley a lead it would not relinquish.
Luuk van Bree topped BU with 17 points, while Kennell handed out a season-high eight assists before a paid crowd of 5,474.
