NORMAL, Ill. – Behind his first career double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds, Antonio Reeves helped pace the Illinois State Redbirds to their fourth consecutive victory, an 81-64 win over the UTSA Roadrunners inside Redbird Arena on Tuesday afternoon.
It was also ISU's fourth consecutive game scoring at least 80 points, as the hosts made 55 percent of their shots in the game (33-of-60) and 39 percent (9-of-23) from long range. Reeves got his 21 points behind 9-of-14 shooting, including going 3-of-7 from long range. The 10 rebounds top his previous career-high of seven, as he also gave out a season-high four assists in the win.
