NORMAL, Ill. – After a three-week break in their schedule, the Illinois State swimming and diving team returns to action on Friday when they travel to Carbondale, Illinois, for a Tri-Meet with Missouri Valley Conference foes Southern Illinois and Evansville.
Action on the boards is set to begin at 12 p.m., while swimming events are slated to start at 2 p.m. The Redbirds will look to remain undefeated after opening their season with a dominant 178-35 win over Valparaiso and 154-146 victory on the road at UNI.
"In a shortened dual meet season, we are working as a team to capitalize on every racing opportunity we have," head coach Caitlin Hamilton said.
