NORMAL, Ill. – The Tri-City Dust Devils shortstop Owen Miller continues to do what he did best at Illinois State – standout.
Miller went 3-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run in a 5-1 win versus the Everett AquaSox, the Class A Short Season affiliate of the Seattle Mariners on July 9. Miller was named the Northwest League player of the night. A few days earlier on July 5, he once again went 3-for-3 at the plate.
In 24 games, Miller is hitting .344/.379/.476 with 33 hits which include four doubles, one triple, two home runs, 10 RBIs, 13 runs and three stolen bases.
