NORMAL, Ill. – It will be another busy weekend for Illinois State, as the Redbirds (6-3) will host Eastern Illinois (0-8) at home on Saturday before heading to West Lafayette, Indiana, on Sunday for a match against Purdue (6-3).
Saturday's match against the in-state foe Panthers is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Racquet Club in Bloomington. Following the completion of that match, the Redbirds will hit the road to take on the Boilermakers at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Schwartz Tennis Center.
ISU heads into the weekend on a two-match win streak, following a pair of victories last weekend in Omaha, Nebraska, against Omaha and Creighton.
