COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Redbirds turned in impressive finishes and broke a pair of ISU school records today on the first day of the Missouri Valley Conference Championships. The quartet of Kierston Farley-Sepe, Jensen Keck, Morgan Clark and Jessica Nichols rewrote the 200-yard medley relay record, while Farley-Sepe's split in the 50-yard backstroke helped the newcomer break the ISU mark.
The relay team touched the wall third, finishing with a time of 1:41.65 to erase the previous school record of 1:42.50. Farley-Sepe's split within that relay broke yet another school record, as the junior broke the 50-yard backstroke record turning in a time of 25.
