MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Illinois State volleyball extended its winning streak to five matches with sweeps of Oakland and Queens on Friday at the Larry O. Finch Center.
The Redbirds (6-2 overall) were led by senior Sarah Kushner's 19 kills (one error for .462 hitting percentage) and 16 digs in the sweep over Queens. Freshman Aida Shadewald led the 'Birds in the sweep over Oakland with 10 kills and 17 digs.
Junior Kaitlyn Prondzinski added 12 kills in the nightcap on a .375 hitting percentage.
