TULSA, OKLA.-- The Illinois State men's tennis team (3-6) dropped a pair of matches against New Mexico State (6-8) and Tulsa (6-5) on Sunday by scores of 4-3 and 5-2 inside Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Against NMSU, The Redbirds picked up three singles wins but dropped the doubles point. At No. 1, Tomas Valencia played to a 7-6, 6-3 win over Itay Feigin. At No. 3, Tin Ostro claimed the tiebreaker against Matias Rojas, 6-2, 7-6 (3).
