NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Jeff Bovee announced the addition of 27 student-athletes to the 2020-21 Redbird track & field/cross country teams.
"I think this recruiting class is a much different class than the one from a year in that the women's group is much larger," said Bovee. "We had a really talented group of seniors who finished up this last year and we needed to go out and fill in those few holes. On the men's side, we didn't have a whole lot of men graduating so we have a smaller class for the men.
