NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State head soccer coach Brad Silvey has announced the signing of former Wyoming midfielder Indianna Asimus to play for the Redbirds starting in the fall 2021 season.

"Her passion and love for the sport, her competitive nature, her leadership and voice, her charismatic personality, and her previous experience will all add to our team environment and our future success."

- Scored two goals off of two shots with Wyoming during the spring 2021 season, playing in seven of nine games
- Started in all 19 matches for the Cowgirls during the 2019 campaign, notching a team-high six goals and 13 points on the year plus one assist
- Her six goals during 2019 were tied for 12th on Wyoming's single-season list
- As a freshman in 2018, Asimus made nine starts in 20 matches played, recording 20 shots with seven of them on goal
- Was a member of the New South Wales team that won the Australian Championship
