NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State men's basketball team will have its annual Retro Day game on Saturday, Dec. 1, when the team hosts San Diego State as part of the Missouri Valley / Mountain West Challenge.
As part of the Retro Day game, Illinois State will wear its throwback "I-State" jersey, along with the iconic candy-stripe shorts. Fans are also encouraged to wear white and help make Redbird Arena a great environment for this MVC / MWC Challenge game.
The first 500 students in attendance will receive a white retro Redbird t-shirt. Fans are also able to purchase vintage Redbird gear from the official College Vault vintage line by visiting the Alamo II merchandise stand.
