NORMAL, Ill. – Numerous records fell by the wayside for the Illinois State Redbirds in their win over Greenville, by a 177-108 margin, which set NCAA Division I records in total field goal percentage (84.3 percent) and assists (57), while also setting a new Illinois State and MVC points in a game record, and the point total is the fourth-highest single-game scoring total in NCAA Division I history, while the Redbirds' 84.3 field goal percentage (70-of-83) and 57 assists are new NCAA Division I records.
For Illinois State, 10 players scored in double-figures, led by freshman Emon Washington's 30 points off of the bench.
