LEXINGTON, Ky. – Illinois State's Courtney Pence and Jaelyn Keene have been named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-North Region selections, the organizations announced Tuesday. Pence was an all-region first-team selection, while Keene earned honorable mention status.
Pence earned the all-region selection for the first time of her career, while Keene finishes her career earning the honor for a fourth-straight season. Both were previously named All-Missouri Valley Conference First-Team selections.
Pence, a junior from Springfield, Illinois, leads all NCAA Division I players in total digs (821), while rankings second in digs per set (6.
