FARGO, N.D. – Sophomore Erica Haslag (Jefferson City, Mo./Helias Catholic) tallied a team-high nine kills to lead Bradley, but the Braves fell to tournament-host North Dakota State 25-18, 25-14, 25-17 Saturday night to wrap up play at the North Dakota State Classic.
Bradley (2-4 overall) trailed 16-14 in the first set before North Dakota State (1-6 overall) answered with five consecutive points. Emily Miron had back-to-back kills to key the run for the Bison and later added another kill and block to pace NDSU to a 25-18 victory.
In the second set, North Dakota State jumped out to a 5-1 lead and quickly pushed the advantage to 11-3.
