Peoria, Ill. – A strong first half lifted nationally-ranked Missouri State past the Bradley soccer team as the 22nd-ranked visitors earned a 3-0 win Saturday night. The Braves fall to 2-6-1 overall, suffering their first home loss of the season, while the Bears improve to 6-1-2.
Missouri State got the scoring started in the 11th minute when Nicolo Mulatero scored off a low cross. The Bears then added two goals late in the half just three minutes apart. Lewis Green finished off a corner kick in the 31st minute before Mulatero tallied his second of the day in the 34th minute.
