DAVID PROEBER, THE PANTAGRAPHNORMAL — The thought of the NCAA allowing transfers to play immediately without sitting out a year has coaches in mid-major conferences such as the Missouri Valley extremely nervous.
Some more so than others.
"I'm telling you right now, this is done if this rule goes through," said Southern Illinois' Barry Hinson during Monday's MVC coaches teleconference.
