Springfield, Mo. – The Bradley men's basketball team suffered an 83-67 setback at Missouri State on Wednesday night. The Braves are now 16-13 during the 2021-22 season with a 10-7 record in Missouri Valley Conference play, while the Bears improve to 21-9 and 12-5 versus league foes.
Freshman Connor Hickman equaled his career high with 15 points, while junior Malevy Leons matched his teammate, scoring 15 to go with six rebounds.
The Bears grabbed momentum halfway through the first period thanks to a 15-4 run – turning a 19-18 edge into a 34-22 advantage.
