BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois State men's tennis team blanked Eastern Illinois Friday, March 9 at the Bloomington Tennis Center, improving their record to 9-4.
"I couldn't be more pleased with the effort today," head coach Mark Klysner said. "We had a couple of key starters sit out today and our freshmen stepped up and played some great doubles and just as solid singles."
Pol Botifoll Rius and Cameron Petersen teamed up to earn the first doubles victory. Manuel Bernhard and Brandon Lew followed, clinching the doubles point.
