KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Bradley erased a 17-point first-half deficit to take a lead halfway through the third quarter, but Liberty used a 9-1 run midway through the fourth to pull away as the Flames snapped a seven-game win streak for the Braves with a 75-63 victory Friday afternoon to open action at the Roo Holiday Classic.
Sophomore Lasha Petree scored a game-high 22 points for her third 20-point game of the season and ninth of her career to pace Bradley (8-2 overall). Junior Gabi Haack joined Petree in double figures with 10 points as she scored in double figures for the ninth time in 10 outings.
