Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye of the Bradley men's basketball team is one of 30 candidates nationally for the 2018-19 Senior CLASS Award. To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be a senior and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence - classroom, character, community and competition.
An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School, the Senior CLASS Award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in the community.
On the court, Lautier-Ogunleye has helped lead a Bradley basketball resurgence as the Braves have improved their win total from five games in 2015-16 to 20 last season.
