ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Jillian Cosler has been named MVC Women's Golfer of the Week after her victory at the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic over October 6-7, per a release by the Valley on Thursday.
Cosler won her first collegiate tournament at Bradley's lone home tournament of the year. Cosler began the tournament with a 75 and 76 in the first two rounds, but a strong third round of 73 put her in contention for the title. With a three-way tie at the top after 54 holes, a playoff was necessary, which Cosler won after three holes.
