The Redbirds also placed five sophomores on the Valley all-star team. Drew Himmelman and Devin Taylor were selected for the second team and Paul Monaco, JT Bohlken and Christian Uphoff were honorable mention choices.
Robinson was the league rushing champion with 1,290 yards and ran for 12 touchdowns, while Kirk tied for the conference lead with five interceptions and was second among Redbirds with 61 tackles.
Monaco served as the Redbird long snapper. Bohlken averaged 43.1 yards to rank second in the league in punting. Uphoff was selected as a return specialist after pacing the conference with a kickoff return average of 26.
