NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State men's tennis team will begin their spring season at the Evergreen Racquet Club Friday against Wright State at 7 p.m. The Redbirds will continue competition Saturday at home as they face Wright State and Green Bay.
"We are excited to get the spring started, for sure," said head coach Mark Klysner. "It's been a nice break, and the guys have had time to get healthy, so we have high hopes for this season. This weekend will be a tough challenge for the boys. Wright State and UW Green Bay have been two of the top teams in the Horizon League, and so, I expect us to battle with both of them.
