at Iowa 7, Bradley 6
IOWA CITY, IA - Bradley banged out 13 hits, but could not ride the momentum of a quick start to the finish as Iowa (7-11) scored two runs in the seventh and two in the ninth to rally for a 7-6 victory Tuesday evening at Duane Banks Field.
The Braves (9-7) saw their 5-game winning streak come to an end, despite building a 5-1 lead through the first three innings. Six straight Braves reached base safely with one out in the third, leading to the three runs. After Paul Solka started the outburst with a double, Ian Kristan and Evan Gruener both singled, Allan Beer walked and Luke Mangieri reached on an error.
