Illinois State Drops Series Finale, 4-2, at Lindenwood

SAINT CHARLES, Mo. – The Illinois State baseball gave up a trio of runs and were unable to comeback, falling by a final of 4-2 in the series finale at Lindenwood on Sunday at Lou Brock Sports Complex.

The Redbirds (2-7) saw both Daniel Pacella and Nolan Barry tally a pair of hits at the plate as Kyle Gibson, Graham Mastros, Eric Machej, and Luke Stulga notched a hit for the Birds.

Junior Thomas Harper threw 4.0 innings of relief to keep the score within reach as Ryan Weaver got the start, going 4.
