Anthony Fields didn’t play much in his two years as a Bradley guard from 2013-15. But he’s certainly a player now in the world of sports agency.
Fields is a vice president of the newly formed basketball operations for Vanguard Sports Group and is based in Las Vegas.
Vanguard, launched in 2014 by longtime agent Joby Branion, was mostly a football-based agency until Branion hired Fields two years ago to organize a hoops division. Four current NBA players, including Wendell Carter, Jr. of the Chicago Bulls, are in the Vanguard fold joining such NFL luminaries as Von Miller, Keenan Allen and D.
