PEORIA — JaMir Price will not be coming to Bradley after all.
The 6-foot-2 recent graduate of Rock Island High School attended BU this summer and worked out with the Braves. His intent was to enroll in a prep school in Georgia and then sign with Bradley for the 2020-21 season with four years of eligibility remaining.
But sources say that Price has changed his mind and is planning to enroll at a Division II school, most likely Quincy University, which had recruited him hard while the guard was in high school.
Price’s decision means another scholarship opens for Bradley next season, giving the Braves at least four available roster spots for 2020-21.
