CHICAGO, Ill. – Illinois State Athletics will continue to maintain its television footprint in the Chicago media market for the 2016 Redbird football season, after the program signed a new four-game agreement with Comcast SportsNet Chicago, whose regional television base reaches 4.9 million homes.
Comcast SportsNet, which is the television home for the most games and most comprehensive coverage of the Chicago Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs and White Sox, is available on most cable outlets in the state of Illinois, as well as on DirectTV and Dish Network.
Redbird fans who receive Comcast SportsNet will be able to watch the 105th meeting of the Mid-America Classic on Family Weekend against Eastern Illinois, which is set to be played on Sept.
