NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State volleyball team will host the first home event in the renovated Redbird Area on Sept. 13, when it welcomes Illinois at 7 p.m. as a part of the Redbird Classic presented by The Edge Apartments. The Redbird Arena Seating Enhancement project is an upgrade to the seating of the lower bowl and will include larger seats, wider aisles with handrails and loge seating. Also new to Redbird Arena this year is the offering of beer and wine sales at public concession stands in general seating areas.
