Former Bradley guard Walt Lemon Jr. has signed a contract to join the Chicago Bulls for their last six games.
The 6-foot-3 Lemon spent this season with the Windy City Bulls of the G League, where he averaged 20.9 points (11th league wide) and 8.4 assists (second) in 43 games. He helped Windy City rally from a 5-12 record to make the playoffs; they were eliminated Wednesday night.
This won’t be Lemon’s first NBA experience. He appeared in five games with the New Orleans Pelicans last season, averaging 3.4 points on a 10-day contract. He played four preseason games with the Boston Celtics this season.
