JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Freshman Mara Flaherty was the top individual in the field for Bradley Women's Golf when play was suspended midway through Monday's second round of play at the season-opening First Coast Classic and the Braves were 12th in the team standings when inclement weather forced the teams off the course.
Play was suspended a little over halfway through the day's second round and the squads will resume second-round action Tuesday morning at 6:45 a.m. (CST) with the scheduled third and final round to immediately follow.
Flaherty was tied for 22nd after firing a two-over 74 in the morning round at the par-72 Deerwood Country Club and was one-over through the first 13 holes of the second round, after firing a trio of birdies in the afternoon.
