CHEMNITZ, Germany - For the second consecutive game, Illinois State rising sophomore Elijah Clarance has led his team in scoring, pouring in 22 points in Sweden's 91-64 win over Iceland. With the win, Sweden evens its record to 1-1 in play within Group D.
Clarance scored a game-22 points with six rebounds, and a game-high-tying five assists. He also had a steal in nearly 25 minutes of action.
Group play for the Swedes ends tomorrow when the country faces off against Serbia.
