Anstey 46th in Midwest Regional: Illinois State cross country junior Jack Anstey finished a career-best 46th in the NCAA Midwest Regional at Stillwater, Okla. Anstey, who raced just the second 10K of his collegiate career, clocked a personal-best 31:59.3 on a hilly course, a 28-second improvement from last year’s Midwest Regional.
