Illinois Wesleyan's women's basketball team is home at last after starting the season with eight games on the road.
The No. 23-ranked Titans (6-2, 1-0) play host to Carthage (4-3, 1-0) at 5 p.m. Saturday in a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin game at Shirk Center.
IWU is coming off a 94-49 win Wednesday at North Central in which freshman Katelyn Heller led a balanced attack with 14 points. Carthage opened CCIW play with a 66-49 victory over Elmhurst.
The Titans hope to continue their hot shooting from 3-point range. Their 38.5% ranks 14th nationally in Division III, led by junior Kendall Sosa's 49.
