Derrius Rodgers won the 200-meter dash in 21.43 seconds to lead Illinois State efforts in the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational indoor track meet at South Bend, Ind., on Friday. His time ranks fifth in ISU history.
ISU's D'Jenne Egharevba placed second in the women's 200, clocking a personal best of 24.10 seconds to trail only Ohio State's Anavia Battle (23.79).
For the Redbird men, Ryan Ashenbremer pole vaulted a personal best of 16 feet, 4¾ inches to place fourth. Teammate Anderson Devonish also took fourth, running 21.52 in the 200.
