Illinois Wesleyan senior guard Brady Rose is among 100 players on the first watch list for the Bevo Francis Award, announced by Small College Basketball and honoring the finest players in the country in levels below NCAA Division I.
The award goes annually to the player who has had the finest overall season within small college basketball. Considerations are season statistics and individual achievements, awards, personal character and team achievements. On Feb. 15, the watch list will be pared to 50 players with the list narrowed to 25 on March 15 and the winner announced April 8.
