MOBILE, Ala. – After carding a 3-under-par 69 in the second round on Monday, sophomore Zach Burry shot a final-round 67 Tuesday to move the Redbirds up two spots in the team standings on the final day of competition at the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate at the Magnolia Grove Crossings Course in Mobile, Alabama.
The 5-under-par 67 by Burry was the lowest individual score of the day and helped the Redbirds to a final-round total of 285, tied for the fifth lowest tally of the day amongst a talented field. No. 4 Auburn won the tournament with a 22-under-par 838 (278-282-278), 14 shots ahead of Chattanooga in second place with a 12-under-par 852 (285-283-284).
