PEORIA – Bradley forward Chudier Bile’s BU career is over before it started.
The 6-foot-7 Otero Junior College (Colo.) transfer, who signed with the Braves in the spring, has been granted his request to be released from his scholarship, according to a BU press release Monday.
A source close to the men’s basketball program said Bile’s decision to leave was based on the demands of the program being beyond his expectations.
The source also said that Bile also determined that his playing time wasn’t going to be sufficient. Bile worked out with the Braves for the first summer session, which ended Friday.
