SPRING, Texas -- Junior Ethan Brue had the low round of the day for the Bradley men's golf team with a one-over 73 and missed a sixth consecutive top-10 finish by one stroke as he helped lead the Braves to a tie for seventh at the Colin Montgomerie Houston Baptist Invitational.
Bradley shot 302 as a team to slip into a tie for seventh in the 13-team field with a three-round total of 885 for the 11th lowest 54-hole score in program history in the team's first outing of the spring. The 21-over 885 at the par-72 Traditions of Cypresswood Golf Course marked the third time in six tournaments in 2016-17 the Braves shot 885 or better.
