Braves Open Final Home Stand With 68-59 Loss To Indiana St.

PEORIA, Ill. -- Junior Leti Lerma (Muscatine, Iowa/Muscatine) had 16 points, seven rebounds and five starts in her first start since Jan. 8, but visiting Indiana State held Bradley to just one field goal over the final four minutes of the game and handed the Braves a 68-59 loss Friday at Renaissance Coliseum.

Bradley had just 10 players in uniform with junior Whitney Tinjum (Stacy, Minn./Chisago Lakes/Washington State) and sophomore Haley Van Cleave (Dubuque, Iowa/Hempstead) both missing the contest due to injuries. Lerma returned to the starting lineup for the first time in almost a month and a half to make 7-of-9 from the field and pace the Braves with 16 points.
