PEORIA, Ill. -- Senior Karagan Coggin had 10 kills and six blocks to help lead a balanced Bradley attack as the Braves rattled off the final five points of the match to collect a 24-26, 25-13, 25-23, 21-25, 15-12 victory over St. Thomas Saturday morning at Renaissance Coliseum to start the second day of the 2022 CEFCU Classic.
Bradley (4-7 overall) found itself trailing 12-10 in the fifth set and out of timeouts when the Braves would rally for a 5-0 scoring spurt to take the match. Coggin started the run with a kill and sophomore Silan Demirkol tied things up at 12-12 with one of her two aces in the contest.
