PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley Braves Baseball team lost to the Evansville Purple Aces, 7-2. Sophomore Beau Durbin got things started early for the Braves, hitting an RBI single in the bottom of the first inning. In the bottom of the second inning, Senior Ryan Vogel hit a sacrifice groundout to score the second run for the Braves, putting them on top of the Purple Aces, 2-1.

However, the Evansville offense fought back, scoring two in the third, three in the fifth and one run in the seventh inning.
