ATHENS, Ohio – Junior Abby Johnson had seven kills and senior Karagan Coggin collected six kills on 10 swings with no errors, but tournament-host Ohio topped Bradley Volleyball in three sets (25-21, 25-21, 25-17) Friday to wrap up the first day of action at the Bobcat Invitational.
Ohio's Caitlin O'Farrell (15 kills) and Anna Kharchynska (12 kills) combined for 27 of their team's 46 kills on the night with the duo hitting a combined .511 to lead the Bobcats, who improved to 4-2 on the year.
Johnson paced the Braves (2-6 overall) with seven kills, while Coggin hit .
