PEORIA, Ill. -- Sophomore Lasha Petree helped key a 15-2 second-quarter run with seven points, four blocks, a rebound and one assist, finishing with a game-high 24 points to help Bradley Women's Basketball to an 82-51 victory over Evansville Friday at Renaissance Coliseum in the Missouri Valley Conference opener for both teams.
Bradley (10-2 overall, 1-0 MVC) extended its home win streak to 11 games, one short of matching the longest home win streak in program history, in addition to winning a conference opener at home for the first time since the 1996-97 campaign.
