EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Bradley opened Sunday's game at Evansville by scoring the first 29 points and never looked back as the Braves cruised to a 117-58 victory over the Purple Aces at the Meek Family Fieldhouse.
Freshman Gabi Haack and junior Shunseere Kent helped highlight the three-point barrage with four three-pointers each. Haack finished with a team-best 20 points, eight rebounds and four assists in 21 minutes to pace six Bradley players in double figures. Kent scored 13 of her 18 points during the first quarter.
Bradley (10-8 overall, 4-3 MVC) made 11-of-14 from the field to open the game and held Evansville scoreless for the first 7:12 of the contest as the Braves jumped out to a commanding 29-0 lead.
