Head coach Elvis Dominguez of the Bradley baseball program has been named one of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Baseball Vs. Cancer Ambassadors. Comprised of current and former coaches, players and members of the press, Baseball Vs. Cancer Ambassadors represent the athletic community's shared resolve to raise awareness and funds for a world without childhood brain tumors.
In the past six seasons, Bradley baseball has supported Vs. Cancer by raising awareness and funds for the organization – highlighted by the team's annual head-shaving party. Overall, the Braves have raised $86,700 during its time with the organization, including more than $24,000 during the 2021 season – finishing as the top college fundraising team in the country.
